Menus
Our menus represent many of the more popular items available. However, if you have a
special request, we will be delighted to custom design a menu for your special occasion.
Facilities
The Holiday Inn Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport has state-of-the-art
audio/visual equipment available. Please request your needs in advance.
All packages should be sent to the attention of the Sales Office along with your company
name and arrival date. The hotel will not guarantee the security of any materials shipped
and stored prior to your group's arrival. Copying and faxing are available for a fee in
the Business Center next to the Meeting Rooms.
Confirmation
A confirmation of attendance, i.e., a guarantee, is required 72 hours (three working days)
in advance of your function. This will be considered your minimum guarantee for which you
will be charged, even if fewer guests attend. However, the hotel will be prepared to serve
5% above the number on all groups.
The customary service charge plus state and local taxes are additional. Social events
require a 25% deposit to secure and payment by cash or certified check 72 hours in advance
on the guaranteed number of guests.
